Hey, hi, hello!
I’m just getting reacclimated after an intensive three-day retreat with one of my fractional COO clients. As such, I’m taking a break from newsletter writing this week.
That’s the thing about being an introvert who works remotely 95% of the time: when I do get those in-person moments, I love them—but wow, do they wipe me out.
So, I’m practicing what I preach: rest, boundaries, and recovery. You can’t build a sustainable business on an empty tank (and you definitely can’t lead one).
